In respect of **A & B category districts**, backended Land Cost subsidy @ **10%** of the plot cost is available,
which will be disbursed on implementation of the project within 36 months / any other project implementation period mentioned
in the Allotment Order from the date of allotment and on creation of Eligible Fixed Assets as committed at the time of allotment
and minimum employment of 50 persons.

In respect of **C category districts**, frontended subsidy @ **50%** of the plot cost is available, which will be adjusted
from the plot cost at the time of allotment itself, subject to furnishing an undertaking to implement the project within
36 months / any other project implementation period mentioned in the Allotment Order from the date of allotment and to create
Eligible Fixed Assets as committed at the time of allotment and provide employment to minimum 50 persons. 50% land cost subsidy is available for eligible industries,
with minimum 50 Numbers of employment for All C districts. (Ineligible industries list annexure:
